I didn't realize how long it's been since I have posted... Things have been incredibly busy, and I am just now getting back to knitting and other relaxing pursuits.
This is a quick, no-pattern project I made in about a day for our dog, Spike. He loves stuffed toys, but the store-bought ones are expensive and often not too well made (rugged). I decided to try my hand at a simple toy for him, and chose the piggy since I had the pink yarn available from prior projects. I used yarn scraps as stuffing, and to add the eyes and nostril details.
As you can see from the photos, he met, he saw, he claimed! The toy was accepted very quickly, and we'll have to see how long it lasts!
