Tudora really is a fast and fun knit... and looks so cool to wear!




I love finding unusual buttons for projects like this, too. I was poring over all the pretty ones in a local fabric store, and found this one. These photos don't show it very clearly, but it's blue with an iridescent shine to it... I'll have to see if I can capture the colors in a closeup.

I am still plugging away on the shrug, and started the Amulet Pouch. I finally decided on my next lace project, also... the Wavy Feathers Smokering, using the Knit Picks Gossamer (in the Blue Jeans colorway)that I got last week.

I still need to settle on a pattern for my husband's sweater, and finish up the B-I-G throw I started for him, too. Needless to say, I have plenty to keep me busy this weekend and for some time after! :)
