Yesterday my yarn order arrived from Three Waters Farm. I ordered two skeins of their Superwash Merino Fingering Weight yarn, one in "Semi Precious" and the other in "Semi Pink". They are for the Ripple scarf in the Spring '09 issue of Knitty. Aren't they gorgeous, with their jewel-like colors?? They remind me of spring flowers (crocuses and daffodils).
I haven't knit a project on two circular needles before, so this will be interesting, and a bit of a learning experience for me. We'll see how it goes!

Oh, yes, I did see the Ripple. I thought it was such a neat construction. The colors you picked out will look gorgeous.
My eye is on the shawl. Now, I just have to find the time to knit it. =)
