Happy New Year! A lot has happened since my last post, most of it non-knitting related. As a result of an increase in my work hours, my knitting has been curtailed in the last several months, but I haven't stopped entirely. I completed two main projects, both for Christmas - a sweater for a co-worker (Kris Kringle gift) and a scarf for a friend. The scarf is the Sparkly Scarf from Crochet Today! Nov/Dec 2008, and the sweater is a shortened version of the Long Coat (#23) from Vogue Knitting Fall 2005 . More details on each one are in my Ravelry notebook. I also made a second scarf without the sparkles for myself!
