This is the Easy Lace Stole (Rav link) by Arlene's World of Lace (Rav link). I'm using Knitpicks Sock Garden (discontinued) in Hydrangea. Arlene recommended large needles for the yarn chosen, and I'm using Takumi US 9 (5.5mm). (I originally started with US 7's but wasn't happy with the pattern details using them.)
